Harrasment

PLEASE SEE THE COMPLAINT BELOW FROM 11 FEB THAT WAS \RESOLVED\"....<br> I just received the exact same phone call unable to reach me on my cell because i am in a meeting I have been called out of a meeting because of an urgent phone call on the company line and it was the upgrades department AGAIN!<br> <br> I no longer have a fixed contract with Cell C as I am using a work phone and thus only use the simcard month to month... I am on a recurring R50 plan with extras I pay R139pm... And now I am being harassed by the upgrades department. They call me once or twice every week and sms me about upgrades every day... No matter who calls me and how nicely i ask them to stop they still continue now they started phoning me at work on the business line about upgrades this is unacceptable.... so lets hope this works:<br> 1 - I HAVE A WORK CELL PHONE I DON'T NEED 2<br> 2 - I DON'T WANT TO ENTER ANOTHER 24 MONTH CONTRACT KEEP ME ON MONTH TO MONTH<br> 3 - SHOULD THE CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGE AND I WISH TO UPGRADE I WILL CONTACT YOU<br> SO STOP CALLING ME"
