Harrasing me on an acc im not resposible for

Approximetly 9 years ago I had a cell c account, this contract was up for renewal , i chose not to renew the contract and opted for the pay as you ago , for a full year my phone was pay as you go. during such time i was retrenched and under went debt review. <br> up to to date i have never recieved a call from cell c , 2 months ago at 18h00 the evening i get a call from MBD attorneys saying i was listed and demanding payment. <br> every single day since then i got called numerous times and day , smsed and called throughout the day , i asked them where they recieved this instruction and to please send me the statement of details which they have not.. <br> eventually i contacted cell c the statement shows reconnection and i asked who requested the reconnection and why i am resposible for an account after 9 years. they will not hear what i have to say, within 45mins of them emailing me a statment , the push the amount up by almost R100 , I am going to contact the NCR and the ombudsman.. <br> i would like clarity on this.<br> ,WHY DID THEY WAIT FOR SUCH A LONG TIME , I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL OR STATEMENT
