HARRA*****T FOR PAYMENT - NOT LIABLE

REF: ND ********** 1

To All Management / CEO

I have made endless calls in the last couple of month in regard to my account. I even sent an email on the 14/08/2012 in this regard. I cancelled my contract with immediate effect as I took a 12 month contract which ended in 28/03/2012, but this was not discontinued and I was billed and allocated my 2gb till July, which I have paid. I went into Clearwater Mall on the 10/07/2012 to cancel this with immediate effect as I no longer had a valid contract with CellC for the above number. This was not done. As advised I called in several time and spoke to numerous consultants, requested to speak to team leaders, left messagers for the team leader and management, as I was billed for August and September, which I had August amount reversed as I did not receive any bundle and neither in September. I was even with a consultant on the phone and checked the balance on *101#, which reflected R0.00 balance. As all your calls are recorded they can be pulled out an listened to, and I would appreciated someone from management to contact me in order for this to resolved. (01/11/2012 - CORRESPONDENCE TO CELLC) In 11 November 2012,) hellopeter.com/cell-c/complaints/contract-cancelled-929963 ), due to no satisfaction with any correspondence from the above email forwarded to CellC I contact Hello Peter. And all was sorted at the time. Four year later I started getting SMS's and Emails from a company (NUDEBT) demanding payment for R245.12. I have advised the several time that I do not owe this monies and that this was sorted in November 2012. If there department did not adjust there records it was not my responsibility to pay for there mishaps. I forwarded all correspondence except the Hello Peter - as after 4 years it will not reflect on the system any long. I was not contacted thereafter, till 2016. I have also noted as per the Prescribed Debt Law,( Debt Type - ALL STANDARD DELICTUAL AND CONTRACTUAL DEBTS : Time Period 3 YEARS), as I was not contact, and could not be said that I could not be traced as I am residing in the same residence for 15 years, My contact number has been the same for the past 12 years, I have had a contract with cellc and still have for the past 8 years. So they cannot say that they tried to contact me in the time from Dec 2012 - Sept 2016. The 3 year time period ran out in 2015. I received an email today from a Kobus Best from Nudebt threatening to garnish my salary and legal action. Please could you assist. I have approached the NCC and they have also not responded since last year.

Thank you for your assistance in advance

Yours Sincerly Gafitha Allow-Bhyat
