Hard to get
<p>At this point I've been on hold since 09:45am and it is now 12:49pm, you do the math. I made a payment on the 22nd of December and today is the 27th of December my line is still not active. I have sent emails and been making calls but to no avail. Your website claims you open from 7am to 11pm everyday including public holidays, THAT IS A BIG FAT LIE. I need to have my line activated but I can't seem to get hold of anyone. Why lie about everything? Just activate my line. </p>
