Harassment phone calls

Cell C is again harassing me with phone calls and again telling me I never paid the account when I paid it on the 02 Aug 2023 it seems like someone is *****ing my money be abuse I'm using the account no as ref and they still doing the same thing. They have blocked my kine since last month and now they charging me a reconnection fee when they were the people that did not pick any payments that was made since January 2023. I really would like to understand what is cell ce there for because payments are made they don't pick up the payments proof of payments are emailed they don't pick up the emails lines are being blocked and they charging for reconnection fee . Well I will not pay the reconnection fee and they can keep the line blocked I will pay according to what I know I owe as they cannot even send a recon showing all payments and how the allocations is done. So I'm not getting any service from cell c so why are they phoning me a d adding charges that makes no sense at all when the mistake is on they end not mine because I PAID EVERYMONTH
