Harassment on the phone

<p>I need to say how sadly disappointed i am in cell c. Never has this happened before. I called 084140 for a statement on my phone bill so i can see what i need to pay to bring my account up to date. The consultant refused to listen to me and said i owe them money and he will not help unless i tell him when i can pay. But the more i am trying toexplain why i want the statement he refused to listen and harassing me for the money like i must take the money out at my desk before he sends me anything. I then went to the cell c store in Rosebank and i asked them for a statement and they assisted me. A few minutes after dropping the call the consultant thought it would be funny to blocked my other cell c line which is currently up to date. Thereafter i called the call centre again and they said that a note was made on the system saying i had no intention on paying. This deeply disappoints me in the service cell c has and it isnt sitting well with me. I am now considering cancellation of my contracts because of how i was treated. Its really sad that now both my lines are suspended even my account which is up to date. But its ok. I hope you can find a way to treat customers failry.</p>
