Harassment from Cell C and MBD Attorneys
We had fibre with Cell C more than a year ago. When we moved properties Cell C left us without fibre for more than month, and couldn't sort out the problem, but kept billing us. Eventually I cancelled the contract paid my last debit order and Cell C gave us a credit. Now all of a sudden MBD Attorneys appear and Cell C handed our account over! Yesterday the amount due was R973 today the amount is R1043, after I explained to them, they said they will contact Cell C? This is rediculous, I don't owe Cell C a single sent. I will never again do any business with Cell C and I will advise everyone not to consider Cell C. I have all the correspondence and emails where they said my case is closed and they will effect the credit?

07 Nov 2022, 09:12I have received 2 calls in the space of 30 min from MBD AGAIN. Cell C I am getting no reply from you, the emails were sent to the address provided by you, I was asked again where to was the emails sent, I rep****, and no feedback, how can this be !!!!!!

24 Nov 2022, 09:153 calls from Cell C to say they escalated the matter, further no reply or word from them. In the meantime getting 2 or 3 calls every second day from MBD, every time I tell them Cell C has escalated the matter, follow up with your client. Getting sms's from MBD frequently even offering discount on money I DO NOT owe Cell C. I am at a loss for word as not one of these two companies understand or know how to deal with this issue!! Totally disgusted and fed up with both of them.
