Harassment by Nu Debt Management as instructed by Cell C for the non payment of an so called contract. I cancelled my last contract with Cell C on 3 Feb.2023 and paid the outstanding amount . I have the confirmation email to this effect with me. Suddenly towards the end of 2023 I started receiving threatening emails and sms's from Nu debt management that I owe Cell C money for a new credit agreement. I made no such agreement with Cell C and have no new contract with them and or account. I am threatened with possible legal action, receive unsolicited letters and mails on a weekly basis and the worst is my credit rating is also negatively affected on a monthly basis.

This should stop immediately and my credit profile must be updated. I will also get assistance from my attorney in order to stop *******ion fro Cell C.
