Harassment at its best.
What do you not understand. 4th complaint about same thing. I get assured that no one will bother me with "specials" and "promotions ". Yet I get harassed daily by cell c. Cell c make a plan to get my contract cancelled asap. I do not want anything to do with you anymore. You just don't understand I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING. Call centre agent that phoned me now said there's no note on system not to contact me. Also what's the odds? NO MANAGEMENT AVAILABLE ON FLOOR I CAN SPEAK WITH.

27 Jun 2024, 09:38This was not from support team as she said my number was picked as a loyal customer for promotion. Please don't act like I'm stupid. Get my contract cancelled and cell c will cover all costs. Also please forward me the recording from when they just phoned me now.
