harassment

I have been receiving call from your sales division almost every day and I have said the same thing to each and every one of the agents I dont want a contract and my number should be removed from the database, this month alone i received 10 calls.

what make it worse, there are times that I answer and the consultant has me on mute and does not respond, today I asked to speak to a manager the consultant advised me that they cant transfer me because they are working from home and they only communicate to the managers via email, this is a load of nonsense, so if a client has a complaint they cant speak to a manager.

this is now becoming harassment and frustrating as I also have work to do and cant be answering calls and saying the same thing all the time. i am not a client with them and with this type of service I dont think I would ever take a contact with cell c
