No start. Rude ,unfriendly, unhealthy. Harassment. ****s

I had a contract with Cell C and took out insurance with them for my cellphone. When my phone got damaged I called th call cetet and they advised me to hot to the nearest Cellc . I did take it ro Cell C lifestyle center in Ballito. The consultant s took my know didn't want me to do any paperwork just toll mu details and said will update. After 2 days I called for an update as nothing was emailed. I was then told the consultant is not in and they can't assist. I then waited and called again the next day and the guy told me they can't assist as they can't pick up the IEMI number, so I must take back rk the stre u foy ig from .. Long story short I was told my phone will be collect and won't have to pay any installments. Now my family are constantly harteaed for payments and no one what to response to emails and calls . Cell C is trash 1!!!!!!!!
