Harassment
I received a call saying that I have been chosen to receive a Samsung cellphone on a Cell C contract. The number used to call me is ***. I am unable to use Cell C where I live as there is no data signal, and you don't intend to upgrade your network so I will have nothing to do with CellC. I intend taking legal action for the harassment.
