Harassed by a debt collection company acting on behalf of Cell C

I had an account/contract with Cell C many years ago. When the contract matured I informed them to close this and it was not closed. A month later I was debited and decided to put a stop payment on my account.

I complained about this and after several attempts and being listed on Itc I wrote a complaint on Hellopeter and Cell C settled the matter with me and cancelled the ITC adverse. They however did not inform NDS credit Mangement company that this matter was resolved and that they close this issue. I am now being harassed by this company. I blocked them from my cellphone and have changed offices several times but for some reason they trace my office numbers and keep calling me on my landline demanding payment for my cell c account. I keep telling the people that call me to call Cell c and find out if this account is still owed but I deal with *********** people who do not seem to know what they are doing. This is also ruining my reputation as debt collectors acting on behalf of Cell c call me in the office and insist that I discuss this Cell c account.

Please make this go away Cell C. Speak to your ***********, abusive debt collectors.
