I wanted to take this opportunity to thank and appreciate Nomvula Mdluli, a call center worker at sales or contract upgrades. she assisted us very much when we were upgrading one of our contracts, that was due for an upgrade. she was so kind and helpful, patient and so calm. she took me through everything and gave me a better offer, after one CallCentre agent kept me waiting for a deal that was not even processed. it's people like her that really know what they are doing in this job, and I salute her for a job well done. My daughter is so happy with her new laptop, and the extras that came with it, and thank you so much to her once again.
