Happy, But Not Ecstatic!

<p>All sorted, I can however not blame Cell C for not having a Microsoft OS hand set for me. I got a call from Godfrey Makhubela confirming that a CPA credit has been approved for me only to find that the store had no Windows based phones in stock. I called the Cell C head office on 4 Jul and spoke to Vanessa who came back to me on Wed 5 Jul only to inform me that their warehouse has no stock of microsoft phones. I inquired the possibility of a cash payout of the credit as I could go and purchase a microsoft OS phone elsewhere, and according to policy this is not possible. If the credit is not used then the contract is just cancelled. I say again, "Happy, but not ecstatic!" hopefully Vanessa can source me a Nokia 6. This might just become a 5 star review! </p>
