Happy and smiling customer again

<p>It's easy just to be mentioned an irritate uncooperative angry customer who is just impossible to deal with. However it's takes a real agent who is actually made up of the most best required attributes to deal with such customers. Haha ,I'm not saying I was that kind of a customer but right now I'm happy because I did find myself lucky to be assisted with an agent who had the most essential s****, which is the listening s****. My issue wasn't resolved with the snap of the fingers nor was I expecting it to be. It took time, but through out that time it took I was always informed, communication was always open and I knew what was happening. Nothing was suger coated which is one of the things I appreciated and respect out of anyone I do business with. I personally understand that agent's are as well just regular people and not magicians, however this one star at CellC did wonders for me. Palesa Nhlapho thank you very much. You are a reflection of what a golden asset is to a company and also the highest example of what is a good customer representative. Thank you.</p>
