Handset missing from CellC

Good evening I don't know if something went wrong. My review again : I have upgraded on two of my contacts with CellC. One handset I received within 24 hours but the other one I sent still haven't received that I upgraded about three weeks ago. Now nobody can tell me where the parcel is. CellC say it's with the courier company and the courier company don't know of such a parcel. The courier company is Courier It or Courierit, I'm not sure of the spelling. Courierit say they don't service Bethlehem, where I'm staying, anymore RWS do. But none of them know about the parcel. I'm very disappointed. I did provide all the information that CellC to them to try to locate the parcel, but nothing. Help please.
