Handset Blacklist

<p>I Called in to blacklist my lost i phone . No one could assist me . The last sim card that was used there was my cell c sim card , so i expect them to black list the handset. They told me to go to the store , call the center , fill forms , And finally they tell me the case was escalated and it takes 48 working hours to be resolved.</p> <p>No one can tell me why cant they black list the phone . Why must it be a hustle for such an easy thing .</p>
