Handing over without continuing with new contract

1st of all I am livid at the *****ed ways Cell C is trying to ****** money from my husband. His phone was ****** last year September and it was reported. We continued paying for the contract until it lapsed March this year. Taking into account we didn't do a sim swop and didn't utilize the airtime benefit since September 2015. And suddenly he receives a call (yesterday 17 Oct) to say he owes Cell C 1800. This is pathetic. You can trace him down to pay you for something he hasn't used in over a year but you wanna charge him for a cellphone contract he didn't renew and airtime not utilized since Sept 2015. First give the new cellphone and all the back dated airtime. You will not receive a cent of the money's you claim he owes. The cell number in question is ********** 769. Kindly contact me, his wife on ********** 522. It is sickening that you prey on gullible ppl who are afraid of service providers as yourself. We have rights. And I refuse to allow him to pay. Go make money off some other stupid.
