Handing over Settled Accounts to Attorneys!!

Absolutely SICK AND TIRED of getting phone calls and sms's from BOTH Shapiro Shaik Devries and associates as well as Cell C legal department threatening me concerning an account that i keep getting accused of having not settled ,and that they claim is overdue but was actually paid about 5 Months ago as well as the fact that I sent proof of payment numerous times over the past few months!! <br> I have spoken to legal department NUMEROUS times! I do not understand how people can be so incapable of doing their job or point blank refuse to refer me to someone that can do their job correctly!! <br> <br> On top of this some how out of the blue some one at cell C has now ALSO decided to link my mothers account (who died in 2008) to my personal profile and started trying to claim amounts owing from 7 years ago from me and threatening me in this regard too!!!THIS IS NOT MY ACCOUNT!!! If this is not sorted out ASAP I will unfortunately have to start taking legal action against Cell C. You are destroying my credit record as well as causing me an uphill battle for the past few months because of INCOMPETENCE!!sort yourselves out!
