Handed over without warning

So, apparently Cell C handed me over to lawyers since February without any communication and warning. I only know this information because I called the call centre to pay my arrears and wanted to know why I am not receiving statements.

I have not received any communication from lawyers as yet, it's already May.

My email addresses is still the same as well as my cellphone number.

Wondering if I should take this case to the ombudsman.

Your accounts department should be back nownor operating during level 4 correct.
