Handed over to debt collectors without an account
In 2021 I tried taking a contract from Cell C. I signed up for one data SIM Contract but got 2 Sim cards. One was wrong and the other was ok. Because there was misunderstanding from start I opted to reject their deal within 3 days as per terms and conditions. The SIM cards where moved to prepaid. I don't hear from Cell C until now. They handed me over to CSS debt collectors for a contract I never took.
Now I am black listed for that I have been calling Cell C and going to store and bond of them are able to Help me. Please help me

08 Nov 2023, 15:08Thanks to Hello Peter. After going up and down calling for Month without any help from Cell C. I finally got a reply.
My problem has not been solve. Cell C told me to go to the store for recordings of my calls. When I got there, there was nothing. I am using money I don't have the same way I have been doing for months being redirected by Cell C. What protects us as public from this because it is unfair and costs time and money.

08 Nov 2023, 17:15I went to a Cell C at Kolonade in Pretoria. One of the consultants gave me a phone to call with. I don't know if it was a personal number or the stores number. I need the number. And I don't have airtime to call Kolonade. It was on the 18th July and the 19 July 2022
