Handed over to debt collector without notification

June 2022 after the help of hello peter my issue was sorted out with cell c .manager called and terminated a contract and put on pay as you go on my request. Yesterday cell c handed me over for R157 to a debt collector for that same account .they have been calling me for the past 2 weeks to sell me a new contract .nobody called me from July 2022 to notify me that there was a outstanding balance of the above amount .when that manager terminated my contract he notified me all was in order because I had a debit order in place at that time .I had never defaulted a single time .they chose to hand me over Yesterday without any notification on their part ..I'm totally disappointed and disgusted
