Handed over no Contact
My Cell C account was handed over and I was listed, but the Cell C agent cannot advise how they got to the amount outstanding. I know my account was +-R3000 overdue but an amount of R9000 was listed as outstanding. Please advise how this amount was calculated and why my account was handed over without any contact.
