Handed over for a declined application

Cell C , I am very disappointed in the way you treat your customers. I have been a loyal prepaid customer for years. Cell C contacted me for a contract, which I app**** for which was declined. Only to find out that I was HANDED OVER TO ATTORNEYS!! Never received any devices or benefits, I phoned and logged a query. No one can resolve it
