Handed over by Cell C but then they deduct the full amount

Cell c has handed me over about 4 mpnths ago to Hammond attorneys. I have an arrangement with Hammond aytorneys in which i am paying them off already for 3 months. I got my pay today and Cell C deducted the full outstanding amount which is already handed over and has amounts already paid as well. The account is not with Cell C anymore. How the hell do you take my money of i have been handed over and paying the attorneys. This is very very bad service. I have left another review already on hello peter in which cell C has been dealing with for over 2 weeks already with no answer. This is very bad service.
