Handed over and contract cancelled for no reason

Cell C has disconnected my line, handed me over and have taken more than a month to sort this out. I've taken all proof of payments in to the branch even and no one could assist. This is a business line and I am losing business because of Cell C. I am beyond fed up now and NOT 1 SINGLE PERSON CAN ASSIST ME. ***
