handed over after settling
<p>I took a contract with cell c June but the installment was too much so decided to pay it off July 7th requested for a paid up letter n they gave me a hussle your customer service suck nobody assisted me,they took me from one department to another and even told me to go to a branch of which I still did not get any help now I received a call from a debt collector telling me I have been handed over to my confusion I know I have settled the account now my credit score is at zero because of you guys not doing your job properly I want this fixed I'm sick and tired of your ****py service that you give to clients</p>

30 Dec 2016, 10:12She has called me but I feel like you guys are actually because u were never in contact with me you actually wait for five months to tell me I owe you and worse part now there's a R900 that's coming from nowhere that you say I owe I went to a branch and you guys gave me a settlement amount of 11499 you even sent an SMS saying I've cancelled the account I just do not understand how you guys do things I'm going to give u guys the 7days you said I should give if this is still not resolved I'm calling Icasa and I hope this will be fixed n u will fix the payment history from that July I can't do anything now because of you guys do you even know how frustrated I am n I hope you are going to overwrite this 900 as per our discussion and I'll be waiting for that paid up letter
