Handed over account that I want to pay

I'm so fed up with calling your so called customer service centre cause no one is attending to me even your so called legal department it's like no one even works there, I've even email *** and it's been more than hours but no one is attending to me. I want to pay an account that was handed over from 2018 if not mistaken. Its reflecting some R2445 amount and but now I'm the one running after you with your money but you don't want me to pay. Please get one of your agents to call me on *** cause I cannot even get employment due to this.
