Handed over account

I am currently have a problem with my account with has been handled over and yes, I admit that’s my fault for not paying my account. My problem now is with Cell C not having any idea with whats going on with my balance. First my account was handed over to HP attorneys, where I had made an arrangement with them to settle my account and was two payments in to my arrangement. While my arrangement was fine and ongoing, my account was moves to CSS. I had to follow up and nag HP attorneys to send through my payments to Cell C so my balance can come down. Eventually I got confirmation from HP attorneys that my funds have gone through to Cell C. Fine, now I have CSS literally harassing my everyday to settle my accusations yet my balance hasn’t changed even after the payments I made through HP Attorneys. Where are the funds I made through HP attorneys and why doesn’t Cell C follow up with these people they have handed me over too because right now Cell C seem to not be knowing anything regarding my account yet I am making payments to the people they sent to me. I wanna settle this damn account yet I can’t do that until what I have already paid is removed from my current balance which seems to not be changing. If I’m being ****med then Cell C needs to tell me because, I made payments to the accounts of people whom they sent to me and I can’t still settle through other people’s while Cell C doesn’t even know what’s going on.
