Handed over a SETTLED Account

It has been over 4 if not 5 months since iv settled my Cellc account that was handed over to MBD credit collectors. A debit order was set for the said company to called monthly payments from my FNB Account on behalf of Cellc. I immediately stopped the debit order as soon as I have settled that account.

I have made endless follow ups with regards to why am still receiving call and texts that threaten to blacklist me.

Mr Neo Lebyane who is a call center supervisor at MBD has promised to follow up on my case to no success

My latest concern is awaken by the fact that Cellc has now handed over the same account to another credit collectors company by the name of NuDebt.. they have been calling endlessly and starting to feel harassed. Clearly someone is not doing their job correctly.

Cellc can you follow up with our accounts after handing them over. I’d like for my name to be removed from this junk status immediately.
