Handed over

<p>So I app**** for an upgrade with Cell C today, only to find out I have been handed over??? How weird is that because I have had a contract with them and have paid every amount on my statement received...when I checked my credit report I found an amount of R44 for 2014??? Im shocked at how they run their accounts department. So you dont get this money and you just hand over people to your legal team, why not PICK UP the phone and speak to your clients and tell them politely they have an account outstanding...why has my phone never been suspended?? What are the channels you are following, now they put me through to the legal department and Ive been holding on for 30 minutes. Please have someone phone me when its SUPER convenient for them to sort this matter out, I cannot waste minutes of my life hanging on the phone because your accounts department is poorly run!
