handed me over for a contract i never signed for

cell c has handed me over for a contract I am not aware of. I have one contract which is paid every month but they claim I have signed up for another contract. when I contacted the call centre legal department they said they would investigate but till date I have not received any feedback all I got was a call from a collections department. if they claim I have taken a contract why don't they provide me with a copy of the contract I had signed for. this is ***** and I will put this in the paper because I did not take a contract with them. this better be investigated and taken off my name. I have also emailed but till date I did not receive a response.. what happened to my email only god knows. I would never recommend cell c to anybody. this has affected my credit score and I am suffering because of cell c mess up. you guys better sort this out asap. cell c you very fast to hand me over so provide proof of me signing a contract and also trace the handset because I never signed up for anything. before claiming to be a great network provider sort your dam guys admin properly and I want to know how you guys dam signed me for a contract I never took.. idiots
