Half order delivery
I ordered a contract via a phone call with cell c. they were quick to do the sale but only provided me with half my order. Ordered a phone and a smart watch. never got the smart watch, because it was a bundle i can't cancel the smart watch and cell c cant give me the watch so now i am paying for something i never received and no one at customer care, sales or follow up department can assist me. even tried the supervisor department but they are even worse. the staff don't even know their own procedures. one will tell my I cant to this and the next one tells me that's the only way i can get my smart watch, but they never take action. i am so fed up. 2 weeks struggling with more than 4 hours a day

13 Oct 2022, 12:37Good day, I can not accept the collection as I can not be without a device as I use it for work purposes. I have explained that to all the people. I do not accept this as this was not part of the agreement.
Either I get my watch or you remove the bundle from my contract and make my monthly installments less.
the only collection notice i received was for broken stock which i never said in my phone call. this is un expectable. I want a resolution not more isssueesss ! ! !

17 Oct 2022, 17:30Hi this option was given to me as I said no as this mistake and issue is not on my side. There was stock in the watch when I ordered. Please either remove the watch or give me a watch for the same price. This is unacceptable. If this goes on I'm canceling and going to new ISP
