Now you guys want to hand me over? I received a call from a cell c consultant today @ 16:00 from ********** . As a client I have never been so disrespected. Your staff was so rude and arrogant towards me. You service is pathetic and that's why you losing customers. I am still waiting for my data that I paid for. That's why I reversed the debit order. Then she tells me 'ok you will be handed over', she then dropped the phone in my ear. How the hell do you treat clients like that? Do I need to be a white person or a black person for you guys to take me seriously?!
