Had a contract with cell c that was settled in August, September they did not debit as they shouldn't vele, suddenly now in Oct there's a Dr order coming off my account, their useless consultants can't even explain to me why

Had a contract with cell c that was settled in August, September they did not debit as they shouldn't vele, suddenly now in Oct there's a Dr order coming off my account, their useless consultants can't even explain to me why. Instead m instructed to call an 087 number, whose gonna pay for that call?? I would reverse the stupid thing but reversing debit orders paints an ugly paint on one's credit record... Can someone get back to me from cell c pls.. My bank account shouldn't be a play ground...***
