HACKING CLIENTS DATA

I was overcharged after receiving zero amount of service, I queried. They sent me a data log showing I had used wifi at home while we were on holiday 400km away, including a Skype call for 1 hour at 03h00.

Then they took more money again, so now they owe me R1,200.

Upon receipt of your initial complaint, we pulled the data usage report in question and validated it. The data usage is valid and there are no amounts due to you.

We did the data validation report three times and the conclusion is the same. Moses from our team was assigned to assist you directly and our understanding is that you are in constant contact with him via emails, but so far the report you are disputing is valid.

Please note that as the custodian of the router it is your duty to ensure that no else can access your router using the PIN without your permission even if the router is left at home. You have also mentioned that, someone might be hacking your router, as such we suggest that you refer the matter to the police so that they can investigate your allegations.

Final feedback from our end is that, the data usage report is valid and no credits can be passed as our systems have correctly charged you based on the usage.
