incident date 25.07.2020 bad service i have ever received , i called in for sim swap , security questions were done and they told me that they cannot assist , my sim card was not ****** its was wear and tear due to cell c sim card it’s just stop working and i was told that i need to go to any shop and do sim swap , i feel like cell c is not helpful during this covid-19 period - people i know they are busy testing positive yet they cannot help us telepathically o need to go to the shops/ mall . I’m very frustrated and disappointed , I regret using cell c I cannot call my family or monitor my money , My name is hlengiwe Nhlengethwa and I want the manager to call me and tell me what to do now , I need to be contacted on this number *** my partner number . I want a sim swap on this number *** I gave the lady last night the serial number you can utilize that number , even the call was not professional at all ,the consultant was very moody and not helpful at all .
