Gugu Cell C Maponya Mall
Good day.
I write this email to say thank you to Gugu From Cell C Maponya Mall for her great customer service.
She went above and beyond her Job description to make sure that my query was sorted. She saved me 3 days of not having my account working. She even skipped her lunch and came back to the shop just to make sure I was assisted . Gugu (Maponya Mall) is a star a champion of customer service and knows the values of what Cell C stans for.
I wish Gugu’s manager can read this email and know what an exceptional consultant she is.
