Growing Potatoes on Mars

As promised, here is the October update.

Above is what Cell C has done to remedy the situation. Yes, they've done NOTHING at all something they seem to be getting pretty good at.

So, if you're reading this, please, do yourself a favor. If you get a tablet from Cell C - while you are in the store, open it up, switch it on, eject the sim try, make sure that it comes out, then put it back in. I received a tablet from them, and the tray was damaged [the tray would not go back in after being ejected] after 2 months of back and forth I was eventually able to send the tablet for 'assessment' a few days later I was advised that somehow, I'd voided the warranty by damaging a component that is impossible to get to unless you work for NASA or Samsung. the cost of repairs was more than the tablet is worth. Again, after a bit of back and forth one of the cell c staff members basically imp**** that I'd **** about the tablet [read my previous review if you want that horror story].

It's now the second week of October and I STILL have a tablet that isn't fully functional.

I am still stunned about what happened. after waiting 6 years, I decided to finally upgrade, only for the experience to turn into a horror story of bad experience and being called a ****. The irony is that over the years some really fantastic people at cell c have stepped up and blown my mind with fantastic service - only to have it all erased by this experience.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU GUYS AGAIN.

see you in November.
