Gross misleading and the worst customer service!!!

Did you know that you are not allowed to falsely advertise on your site?! <br> <br> You are offering the iPhone 5S on your website as an option to upgrade yet you have not had this device for the past three months. I want to take you up on the offer to upgrade with this device.
