Gross ineptitude

I am really disappointed with your appalling service. I ordered my phone on the 07/10/20 and you said delivery will take upto 72 hrs. Those ours have past and an other 72 hrs has passed and I still don't have my phone. Why did you change from ram to that despicable rtt. They have been returning to the office with my phone everyday this week because they are too late to come to my place. Maybe I should stop wasting my time and cancel the whole the thing and get another service provider. All your retention dept people tell me is that there is nothing they can do once the phone leaves your premises. I think that is irresponsible and grossly inept of you to give me such an answer. I am your client and I have nothing to do with rtt.
