Grey product sold on contract

I have four contracts with cell c, all the phones are Samsung S4 and S5 phones, or so I believed it to be. I accidentally dropped my phone (S5) last week and the screen shattered.<br> Since I believed that I was with the best Service Provider in SA, I took my phone to Samsung on Saturday to have the screen replaced. Guess what? My phone is not an original Samsung phone. After Samsung tested my IMEI number, they confirmed that the phone was in fact an import from Mozambique. They have showed me what to look for and guess again, my Husbands phone is also an import! These two phones were delivered the same time, Jan 2015. Since I have tried to lodge a formal complaint telephonically this morning and the staff at Cell C (Constance in Sales and Alan in client care) dropped the calls, I am taking this further, keep your eyes and ears open.
