greedy cell c
I have inoperable brain cancer which is now reaching end stage. and cell c has deactivated my phone num after 20 years of using their services. I called their customer services to help me but they said i must drive 3 hours to a cell c shop to reactivate my number. 1st I am bed ridden and cant drive, and live on a sassa disability grant. where I live there is no reception as there are no cell c towers. They did this without any warning. Their actions have destroyed my life as this effects my banking services and many parts of my life. What give them the right to destroy my rights without notice.

08 Jul 2024, 11:37Good morning. I'm very disappointed as your representative promised me that my number would be active on Sunday and it's now Monday and I tried to load airtime and it wouldn't work. My husband called my phone and it said the number you have dialed does not exist. So promises made but not kept.
