Great service solves problem

After much difficulty and moving to a different branch, our problem was solved. Thank you to Cell C for the effort made and thank you to Nathi at the Kollonade branch for amazing customer service. Albert at the Wonderpark branch should be trained under Nathi in my opinion. I would just add that Cell C should look into training their staff better with regards these issues. Thank you Cell C!
