Great Service restored my faith in Cell C

After being recently disapointed with Cell C, it was great for me to have my faith restored when it was least expected. I had requested to have my contracts cancelled when my son suggested we check out new deals at the N1 City store. We were assisted by Carmelita Marcus, who went beyond the call of duty and assisted me with 2 of my contracts upgrades. Its so great to know that there are still salespeople out there that give great service and go the extra mile.
