Great service from Nokwanda Nzama

I was experiencing connection problems with my router as a result of, I later found out, the towers being affected by the load shedding. I was helped by Nokwanda Nzama from the Technical department so was so patient and friendly as she was directing me through the numerous troubleshooting processes.
