Great Service Despite Challenging Odds

A family member and I app**** for a Cell C WiFi contract deal a little over a week ago, after which the router device had to be ordered in before I could sign the contract in question - this took roughly a week. In the meantime, Cell C's deals (including the one that I had app**** for) changed on the system, making it nearly impossible for the staff at Cell C to put the deal through at the original advertised price. <br> <br> However, they tried and tried again until HO reopened the code and allowed us to put through the contract (which they deigned to do as I had app**** within the specified time period before the deals expired). After all the phone calls and emails to management, the staff at Cell C continued to be patient with us, dealing with connectivity issues between my router and my laptop, teaching us how to alter the settings on the router and delivering a generally excellent level of service. <br> <br> We were very impressed with the way in which Cell C's staff managed our particularly challenging situation, and congratulations are due for your knowledgeable staff and evidently comprehensive training. <br> <br> We look forward to dealing with Cell C in the future!
