Great service delivery!

Good day,

Nelson from Cell C connect is the most professional and helpful person I have ever dealt with in terms of getting a new contract. Nelson is a great employee and I think that Cell C is very lucky to have an employee of his caliber.

I was waiting for my phone from the 28th of February just to get a message that there is no stock, then the RAM delivery truck was hijacked with my phone in it, so that caused another 2 weeks delays.

Nelson took over my order and managed it from his side. He started from scratch with all the required documentation on Monday the 8th of April and by Friday the 12 of April.

This guy knows his story and he really did make a difference in my views of Cell C.

Thank you Nelson and thank you Cell C for appointing an employee such as Nelson. Give that guy a raise, he deserves it!
