Great service both in shop and call centre

I just want to give a big thumbs up to cell c for their customer service. I went to Cell c direct @ Tygervally Centre on Fri 8 Jan 2016 to do an upgrade. I was promptly assisted and within half an hour I walked out the shop with my upgrade in hand. There was a slight problem tough. Somewhere in this process there was a break in communication and I only realized later that evening that I need a sim swop. Micro sim to nano sim..... I phoned Cell c call center and was also quickly assisted and was told it would take 24 to 48 hours. Because I use the phone for business I wanted it done sooner. So I went in to the same store again and once again was assisted quite quickly. 10 Min and R114 later I was back out the store with my sim and upgrade and as the lady promised when I put the sim in my new phone 4 hours later it was working. I am now going for my tenth year with Cell c. I did have some issues over the years but I am glad that I have staid with Cell C and would like to thank them for their great service. I regularly tell people to give Cell c a try and I am sure they will also be happy. <br> <br> Regards Willem Blom
